	Quality Assurance Review goes to the core of QSource’s capabilities. QSource assesses compliance with documentation requirements, provides policy review and medical review services. Peer Review QSource improves the quality of care and services provided to Medicare beneficiaries through statutorily mandated case review activities. Medical records are reviewed for appropriateness of setting, utilization, coverage and Diagnosis Related Group (DRG).
