Qsource’s Quality Management System is certified in Tennessee to ISO 9001:2008, embraces ISO as the model for monitoring and measuring organizational effectiveness and conducts business operations following methods to ensure quality, efficiency and effective use of resources and materials.
Qsource leadership is actively involved in the ISO process and monitoring elements such as contract performance, statistical thresholds, deliverables timeliness and key business drivers identified by our Analytics Department.
Management focuses on planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting to ensure continual improvement. Qsource monitors activities to support overall planning and established measures that incorporate project, resource and cost management. These measures are tracked and evaluated monthly using an Internal Quality Control system to make certain that up-to-date estimates of project status are available.
