Qsource provides many services through our various business lines/divisions designed to best meet the needs of our clients and partners:

Qsource-Arkansas is headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas and is a seperate corporate entity (subsidiary) of Qsource. Staff members at Qsource-Arkansas perform prior authorization and therapy review (retrospective utilization and medical necessity) for Arkansas Medicaid recipients under the age of 21, and assist Arkansas physicians with ePrescribing. Qsource-Arkansas staff also assists with contract management, quality initiative evaluations and Medical Director/health policy technical support.

QIO Division

Our Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) Division focuses efforts in Tennessee on Medicare publicly reported quality measures, provider collaboratives and national initiatives as implemented by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

EQRO Division

The Qsource EQRO Division evaluates the quality, timeliness of and access to services provided by Tennessee to Medicaid members and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) participants. Based in Nashville, staff provides technical support, on-site reviews, data analyses, and outcomes reporting for Managed Care provided through TennCare (Medicaid) and CoverKids (CHIP).

tnREC Division

While we provide HIT support services from all our locations and divisions, the tnREC Division serves as the federally designated Regional Extension Center (REC) assisting providers in the state of Tennessee. Based in Nashville, tnREC staff members work remotely and in satellite offices across the state to assist providers with and promote implementation of health information technology.
