To ensure effective oversight of MMQI activities, we depend on our experience in both the clinical aspects of health management and the qualitative/quantitative aspects of program evaluation. We assist in evaluation, contract management services, collect and analyze state clinical performance measure data and provide technical assistance.
Collaboration is a big part of what we do as well. We facilitate meetings for a comprehensive and potentially growing group of Arkansas healthcare stakeholders. We bring these groups together in a collaborative with the goal to improve care for people with chronic conditions.
