Therapy Review Status System

Providers of therapy to Medicaid recipients may obtain the review status of their charts. Providers must use the nine (9) digit Arkansas Medicaid Provider ID number to obtain the correct review status response for all the cases under that number for the selected review quarter.

The review status will reflect what determination has been reached to date on any specific review and where the chart is in the review process.

This program only provides the following responses:

• Chart Not Received • Review In Process • Approved • Partially Approved • Denied • Recon in Process • Recon Approved • Recon Denied • Recon Partial
