About EQRO
QSource
serves as the independent External Quality Review Organization
(EQRO) for Tennessee. Through this service, QSource evaluates
the quality, timeliness of and access to services provided
to more than 1.2 Million Medicaid recipients through 11 Managed
Care Contractors.
QSource provides technical support, data analysis, and outcomes
reporting as part of an external quality review (EQR)
contract. Our QSource team members have served on national
and state committees, addressing quality measurement for specific
areas of clinical practice and health policy.
QSource is an industry leader in measuring the effectiveness
of healthcare. We have an in-depth understanding of managed care
delivery systems, quality improvement methods, research design
and statistical analysis. We continually strive to provide the
most comprehensive recommendations to address issues that arise
from study areas.
