DIABETES
EDUCATOR
QSource, the Tennessee Medicare Quality Improvement Organization
(QIO), is currently seeking a Certified Diabetes Educator.
This individual will provide comprehensive
diabetes specific education to QSource staff, consumers, providers and stakeholders.
Will function as expert in standards of diabetes care to assure quality diabetes
education delivery. Educational presentation skills required. Must be willing
to create and present at national conferences. Basic Microsoft Office skills
required. Bachelor’s degree in public health, pharmacy, social work or
health care related licensure (RN). Must be certified in Diabetes Education
with 2-5 years of diabetes education experience. Excellent company, great benefits

WEB
DEVELOPER/DESIGNER
Team player needed to be responsible for the design, development
and implementation of web-based applications. Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science or MIS. Minimum of 3 years proven
experience designing and developing enterprise class, database
driven, web-based applications. PC proficiency: ability to
author in .NET, ASP, PHP, CSS and HTML as well as working knowledge
of MS Office Suite, Visual Studio, SQL and web services. Experience
should include database structures, Internet Browser Applications,
programming and applications maintenance, as well as familiarity
with Internet connectivity issues and web application response

office to perform multiple coordination and support functions
associated with nursing home based quality improvement activity.
Associate/Bachelors degree in nursing and recent experience
as a nursing home surveyor required. Must be able to interpret
and apply Federal Regulations (42 Code of Federal Regulations),
Medicare State Operations Manual, Section 1128A of the Social
Security Act, State Operations Manual Appendices and state
statutes related to healthcare institutions and state licensing
