Murfreesboro Sets Scenic Stage for Annual 5K Natalie’s Run

Nashville, Tenn. — THIMA Foundation of the Tennessee Health Information Management Association and Qsource, an event sponsor, announced details for the Foundation’s upcoming Natalie’s Run, a Run/Walk or Virtual 5K honoring the memory of Natalie Stovall Frady.

The registration fee is $30 per participant and all runners receive a commemorative race shirt and medal.

Natalie’s Run is a timed run/walk event and this year racers may also participate virtually. To participate in the virtual run, simply complete any run between now and March 29th and submit information to THIMA. When registering, a confirmation email will provide a link to upload run times and stats.

The event will raise money to aid future health information management professionals and fund a scholarship in Frady’s memory. More information for the run can be found on the THIMA website.

About Natalie Stovall Frady
On May 26th, 2016 Natalie Stovall Frady was killed in a tragic vehicle accident at the age of 34. Frady was widely known throughout Tennessee as a leader in health information management (HIM). She served as chair for the THIMA HIE Task Force and was employed by Qsource, a healthcare quality improvement and health information technology consultancy.

In addition to her professional work, she was the founder and director for The Stovall Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, created for the purpose of aiding military families. She was a devoted wife and mother to two sons.
