Our focus in Kentucky is serving its more than 860,000 citizens with Medicare as part of the Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) five-state coalition known as atom Alliance.

Operating within the Qsource Quality Improvement division, Qsource-Kentucky maintains staff throughout the state and an office in Louisville to readily respond to stakeholder needs. We promote and support strategic, data-driven quality initiatives that improve health outcomes and lower costs. Our staff convenes provider-patient communities in learning and action networks (LANs) and activities such as technical assistance, diabetes self-management education (DSME), a patient advisory council and quality measure reporting.

The Qsource Practice Solutions division has partnered with the University of Kentucky in Louisville to assist providers with health information technology services.

Qsource continues to seek partnerships and opportunities in the state. Contact us for services available to healthcare providers, patients and other stakeholders.
