CMS has asked Qsource serve as “conveners, organizers, motivators and change agents by providing a call to action through outreach, education and social marketing.”
We want to serve as a trusted partner in improvement with Tennessee’s beneficiaries, healthcare providers, practitioners, and stakeholders. We will help you achieve quality improvement results through data collection, analysis, education, and monitoring for improvement and information exchange. An important part of our work is to disseminate and spread best practices.
Our communication goal is to give access to the right information and services, in the right form, at the right time, to the right people in the right place.
We will soon have access to new national-level collaboration tools —e.g., wikis, discussion boards, co-creation tools, document-sharing workspaces, web-meeting tools, web language, and other tools as made available from CMS —to manage online webinars, training sessions, virtual conferences, and virtual communities of practice. Qsource is excited about using these tools and will share those details with you when CMS makes them available.
