Cathie Moore is a nurse with 32 years of experience with the Quality Improvement Organization. Working with all types of providers that care for patients within their communities, Cathie focuses on transitions of care and quality improvement for patient safety throughout the state. Cathie supports the central communities on different initiatives such as opioid utilization and misuse, chronic disease management of cardiac measures, diabetes and chronic kidney disease, care coordination and immunizations.
