DIRECTOR OF LONG TERM CARE DIVISION
Jennifer Goodpaster's clinical experience includes long-term care with special focus on the MDS/RAI process, quality improvement, leadership, direct resident care, and Medicare/Managed care. She received her RAC- CT (Resident Assessment Coordinator Certified) in 2017. She also has experience in billing, marketing, nursing, MDS/Care Plans, and wound care. She began her career in 2001 working as a Social Worker/ Admissions Coordinator. Jennifer has also worked as a Continuous Quality Improvement Advisor assisting multiple homes to improve the delivery of healthcare. She spent the greater part of the last eight years as a Director of Nursing working closely with the multidisciplinary team within the facilities. During her time as director of nursing for a 140-bed skilled nursing facility, it was recognized as a Bronze Level Quality Award Recipient from the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). Most recently, she worked with a newly formed Institutional Special Needs Plan (ISNP) assisting with member management and development of policies and procedures.
