We’re now in the second month of the ESRD Network’s Peer Summer Olympics! July’s edition features support for integrating patients and family members in your facility’s monthly QAPI meetings. Participation can be in person, virtual, and even be submitted before the meeting via your QAPI Idea Binder Kit. Participation does not have to be every month!
Work on the QAPI Bulletin Board Kit at your facility to show why it’s important to have the patient voice in your QAPI meetings.
Use the QAPI Idea Binder Kit to give your patients an option to add their ideas and concerns into the meeting if they don’t have the time to attend the meeting.
What goals do you have in mind this month? What projects have you started that you need some inspiration to complete? Use this resource to organize your thoughts on a vision board to bring them to life!
Your ESRD Network wants to recognize at least one facility staff member each month who is going above and beyond for their patients. This month we want to celebrate DaVita Keystone Region 4 and Region 5!
Thank you to the dedicated staff members in these regions for utilizing resources that will help keep your patients healthy and for providing feedback on how the resources are useful for you! We loved seeing the photos of your completed boards!
Do you have a facility staff member you’d like to nominate for the facility shoutout? Email us the details of who, what, and where at Qsource-Peers@qsource.org.
