Nancy Archer has more than 24 years’ experience in healthcare and is a Registered Nurse, and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management. She has worked effectively under QI/PI contracts with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) as a leader at a federally designated QIO for 17 years, with state Department of Human Services for 15 years and Department of Health for five years. Nancy’s skills include the development of innovative provider education outreach and tools, utilization review methods, QI projects, and pay-for-performance (P4P) initiatives. She currently provides executive leadership, contract oversight, and project management for multiple federal and state contracts.
