    Infection Prevention

Qsource and Viven Health have rolled out an interactive infection prevention program for Indiana nursing homes. The program is both simple to use and easy to implement. But, best of all it is FREE to you, underwritten by Qsource under contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).  A demo link is included below.  Please reach out to Natasha Dickinson if you are interested in more information.

    Health Equity

Aging, Health, and Equity - In 2034, the United States will have more adults age 65 and older than children. Historical gains in life expectancy are thanks in part to advances in medicine and public health and improvements in many social determinants of health. But these benefits have not been evenly distributed. Deeply rooted health inequities exist among subpopulations of older adults.

    Safety Month

Join us in observing National Safety Month as we work together to help patients consider safe medication use in long-term care.

    Vaccination

Did you know that vaccines are the best way to protect yourself from certain preventable diseases? Vaccines help your body create protective antibodies—proteins that help it fight off infections.

By getting vaccinated, you can protect yourself and also avoid spreading preventable diseases to other people in your community.
