MEMPHIS, TN [December 2018] Qsource Community Partnerships (QCP), a new grant-funding program established by Qsource to support programs that pursue improvement in health outcomes, has announced its grant awardees for the Fiscal Year 2019 (FY19). This QCP grant cycle will support 13 health improvement projects conducted in Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Missouri, and Tennessee.
Through the QCP program, Qsource is providing funding assistance for a variety of community projects through multiple grant awards, and places a priority on funding projects that drive impacts and are designed around at least one of the following aims:
- Addressing local community health needs
- Serving as a catalyst for innovation
- Improving one or more health outcomes
Qsource received more than 130 QCP applications from across an eight-state region for its FY19 grant cycle.
