As we begin 2026, Qsource is proud to welcome an accomplished group of healthcare leaders to our Board of Directors. Each board member brings deep expertise, diverse perspectives, and a shared commitment to advancing quality, access, and outcomes across the facilities we serve. Their leadership strengthens our mission and supports continued collaboration with providers, caregivers, and communities nationwide.

Rebecca Riley Zaseck | Chair

Retired President and Chief Executive Officer of REAL Services, Inc., Rebecca Zaseck brings decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, consulting, and advocacy for older adults. Her career spans direct patient care, executive leadership, and the development of innovative state and federal healthcare programs. Her collaborative approach and focus on quality improvement continue to guide Qsource’s mission-driven growth and impact in long-term care and aging services.

William B. Wagner, MSSW | Immediate Past Chair

Retired Chief Executive Officer of Family Health Centers, Inc., Bill Wagner devoted more than 40 years to expanding access to affordable healthcare for underserved communities. During his tenure, Family Health Centers grew into one of Louisville’s largest nonprofits, serving more than 45,000 individuals annually. His enduring commitment to health equity and community-centered care remains a meaningful part of Qsource’s leadership foundation.

Mark Prifogle | Chair-Elect

Vice President of Operations at BHI Senior Living, Mark Prifogle is an experienced healthcare executive with a strong background in senior living operations. He is dedicated to improving quality of life for older adults through compassionate care, operational excellence, and collaborative leadership. His focus on safety, performance, and resident-centered outcomes aligns closely with Qsource’s work in long-term care.

Jody Fleming, MBA | Secretary

President of NCHA Strategic Partners and Senior Vice President at the North Carolina Healthcare Association, Jody Fleming leads statewide initiatives that have helped healthcare providers achieve significant cost savings. With more than 35 years of healthcare experience, she is nationally recognized for her leadership, including her role in securing critical PPE during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her strategic insight and operational expertise strengthen Qsource’s ability to support providers through complex challenges.

Lisa Tate Nix, CPA | Treasurer

Leader of Transaction Advisory Services at LBMC, Lisa Nix brings more than 25 years of experience in public accounting and healthcare transactions. She has led M&A and advisory services across a broad range of healthcare sectors, including hospitals, long-term care, dialysis, and behavioral health. Her financial expertise supports strong governance and long-term sustainability for Qsource.

Claude J. Pirtle, MD, MS, FACP, FAMIA

Dr. Claude Pirtle is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Heartland Whole Health Institute, where he leads healthcare transformation efforts focused on information technology, data analytics, and value-based care. He previously held senior medical informatics and executive leadership roles at Walmart Health and West Tennessee Healthcare. His expertise in clinical informatics and system-level innovation supports Qsource’s continued focus on quality improvement and forward-looking care models.

Preethi Yerram, MD, MS, FASN

Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine and practicing nephrologist at the University of Missouri, Dr. Preethi Yerram has more than 20 years of experience in kidney care. She is affiliated with multiple hospitals and is dedicated to advancing the diagnosis and management of chronic kidney disease. Her clinical perspective supports Qsource’s work across dialysis and chronic care populations.

Jorene Logan, MBA

A retired compliance specialist with extensive experience in regulatory standards, Jorene Logan is known for her analytical approach and practical problem solving. Her ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable plans adds valuable insight to Qsource’s compliance and quality improvement efforts.

Neal Rager

Division Controller for Professional Services at West Tennessee Healthcare, Neal Rager provides financial leadership across outpatient clinics, hospital-based providers, and contract partnerships. His analytical strengths and collaborative approach support informed decision-making and sustainable service growth.

Justin Neece

Chief Growth Officer at MedeAnalytics, Justin Neece is a seasoned healthcare technology executive with more than 30 years of experience driving innovation, data-driven solutions, and organizational growth. His background in population health, value-based care, and analytics brings a forward-looking perspective to Qsource’s strategic direction.

Cooper Linton

Associate Vice President for Duke HomeCare, Duke Hospice, and Duke Home Infusion, Cooper Linton has more than two decades of experience in home and community-based care. His background in healthcare operations, strategic planning, and gerontology is complemented by personal caregiving experience that shapes his patient-centered approach.

Mary-Lyn Baldauf | Ex Officio

Chief Executive Officer of Qsource, Mary-Lyn Baldauf brings more than 20 years of executive healthcare leadership. Her commitment to patient-centered care, accountability, and cross-disciplinary collaboration continues to guide Qsource’s organizational growth and mission.
