Victoria Warner MPH LPN CMCN CPC

The Qsource EQRO Operations Leader, Victoria Warner is a passionate healthcare professional with 14-plus years of payer and provider healthcare industry experience and seven years management experience. Victoria has a master’s degree in Public Health with Specialization in social and behavioral sciences, and is a Licensed Practical Nurse, Certified Managed Care Nurse (CMCN), and Certified Professional Coder (CPC). Victoria holds many skills, including claims and coding expertise, as well as HEDIS/CAHPs/NCQA accreditation. She has  vast knowledge of state and federal healthcare legislation, and directs, monitors, and facilitates all EQRO activities while also managing and overseeing all EQRO staff/administrative structure. Victoria coordinates all epidemiologic activities for the division, and develops and maintains internal data controls and quality control plans.
