Ashley Dixon, BSN, RN

Ashley Dixon is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and over a decade of specialized experience in dialysis care. She spent eight of those years in facility management, leading clinical teams and driving operational excellence in end-stage renal disease (ESRD) settings. Since joining Qsource in 2023, Ashley has served as a Quality Improvement Advisor on the ESRD Team, supporting dialysis providers with data-driven strategies to improve patient outcomes and care quality.
