Qsource is working to complete a CMP-funded project in Colorado.

The Culture of Safety Center is a three-year project that collaborates with SNFs across the state of Florida to address the most frequently identified immediate jeopardy (IJs) citations and correlating critical element pathways that impact substandard quality of care. Qsource assists facilities during the three-year project with development of a federally required annual Performance Improvement Project (PIP) to reduce fines and citations associated with high-risk care areas through QAPI development.

Through CMP funding, Qsource can deliver services and innovative programs at no cost to your facility.
