Qsource is seeking experienced long-term care professionals and subject matter experts to serve as speakers for upcoming virtual presentations designed for nursing home leaders and interdisciplinary care teams.

These presentations will focus on practical strategies to strengthen care delivery systems, improve resident safety, support quality of care and quality of life, and promote sustainable improvement in long-term care settings.

We are looking for speakers who can bring real-world experience, interactive teaching, and practical insight to topics commonly encountered in nursing facilities.

Qsource’s virtual presentations are designed to be expert-led, engaging, and grounded in the realities of long-term care operations. Rather than presenting topics in isolation, sessions are intended to support interactive, case-based learning that helps participants identify system breakdowns, strengthen interdisciplinary decision-making, and apply evidence-based solutions to everyday challenges.

Speakers should be prepared to connect their expertise to resident-centered care, regulatory expectations, facility systems, interdisciplinary communication, and measurable improvement.

What We Are Looking For

Strong speakers will bring more than topic knowledge. We are looking for professionals who can help participants apply the content to real nursing facility operations.

Speaker qualifications may include:

  • Appropriate professional licensure or certification for the subject area, such as RN, APRN, PharmD, MD or DO, LCSW, LNHA, HFA, PT, OT, or other relevant credentials
  • Relevant long-term care, post-acute, clinical, regulatory, quality improvement, or operational experience
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise related to one or more conference focus areas
  • Knowledge of CMS nursing facility requirements and survey expectations
  • Experience implementing practical solutions within nursing facilities or supporting facility-level improvement
  • Experience with interdisciplinary care, QAPI, root cause analysis, corrective action, or performance improvement
  • Ability to facilitate case-based or scenario-driven learning
  • Prior professional speaking, teaching, facilitation, or adult-learning experience
  • Ability to translate complex clinical, regulatory, or operational concepts into practical strategies
  • Ability to engage learners through case studies, discussion, problem-solving, tools, or scenario-based activities
