JR Costa brings over a decade of progressive experience in data science, cloud computing, and analytics leadership to his role as Director of Data and Analytics at Qsource. Since joining the organization in 2023, he has led transformative initiatives that include the migration to cloud-based platforms, the implementation of enterprise-wide data science models, and the launch of Qsource’s first AI initiative. With a strong background in predictive analytics, data engineering, and team development, JR has successfully transitioned operations from basic reporting to modern, automated analytics systems. He holds advanced degrees in biostatistics, biochemistry, and genetics, and maintains multiple certifications in data science and cloud architecture. JR is passionate about leveraging data to improve outcomes and support strategic decision-making across the healthcare landscape.
