This experience includes 15 years in Qsource in the QIO/QIN division, Practice Solutions, Atom Alliance, Health Information Technology SOW, and EQRO Division. Rebel is certified in Health Information Systems, Electronic Health Records, ISO Auditing, and Six Sigma Management, having worked in Medicaid, Medicare, and CHIP.
