The Qsource Board of Directors is composed of leaders who bring diverse professional expertise and a shared commitment to advancing Qsource’s mission and serving the communities it supports. The Board provides strategic guidance, oversight, and stewardship to ensure Qsource remains a trusted partner in quality improvement.

Directors are selected based on their expertise and commitment to Qsource’s mission and are elected by the Board annually during the fourth quarter of each year. Directors generally serve two consecutive three-year terms for a maximum total of six years. In the event of a mid-term vacancy, the Board may appoint a director to serve the remainder of the unexpired term. In limited circumstances, directors may be designated by the Board to serve up to five consecutive years, consistent with Qsource’s bylaws.
