Charlie brings more than 15 years of proposal management experience in the public and private sectors. At Qsource, he is responsible for overseeing the development and submission of high-quality, competitive bid and proposal documents that respond to client needs.
With a proven record in delivering winning proposals, Charlie focuses on quality and efficiency at every step of the process. His goal is to support Qsource’s mission by telling the story of its successful work improving health outcomes, advancing healthcare quality, and solving client problems.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from Syracuse University and a Master of Liberal Arts degree from Harvard University’s Extension School. Outside work, Charlie is actively involved as a volunteer in his hometown. He enjoys running and coaching youth sports.
