Calvin Roberson shares how transitions of care, COVID-19 isolation, vaccination fears and lack of social support can negatively impact the senior population and how minority populations can become frustrated and apprehensive with or about health care when health literacy is not approached from an equitable perspective. He also touches on the increased burden many seniors are experiencing as they try to manage their chronic diseases while facing financial burdens.

David Berman joins the conversation to share his insights and expertise into strategies for harm reduction in our communities, mental health resources and guidance for us moving forward after COVID-19.
