Teresa Hostettler

Teresa is a Quality Improvement nurse with over 21 years of nursing experience.   She started her career as a certified nurse’s aide while still in high school before pursuing her nursing degree.  She has spent her nursing career in long term care acknowledging her passion for the care of the elderly population. During her experience, she worked in multiple long term care positions such as CNA, floor nursing, unit manager, infection control, MDS coordinator, wound care nurse, and Assistant Director of Nursing to name a few.  She is currently a Nursing Home Quality Improvement Advisor for Qsource the Quality Improvement Organization for the state of Indiana.
